I was hired by a local Colorado company: PhunBar, to help in simplifying and making packaging their hand made granola bars more efficient.

We found the best option after several iterations, starting with food grade 3D prints and ending with 304 stainless steel.

We created a funnel system that allowed packages to be opened just enough to allow the bar to be fitted without destroying packages or creating permanent physical damage to the bars or packages. Making the funnel dishwasher safe and easy to clean was also a priority.
